Literature is a human activity that makes the fullest and most precise account of variousness, possibility, complexity, and difficulty. It’s like a party, down with unpartisan litterateurs! Down with the superman of literature! Literature must become a part of the general cause of the proletariat like what Vladimir Ilyich Lenin said.

As for me,

Literature is like a book, a book that is filled of moral lesson and inspiration. 

Just what Jorge Luis Borges said that,

“Literature is not exhaustible, for the sufficient and simple reason that a single book is not. A book is not an isolated entity: it is a narration, an axis of innumerable narrations. One literature differs from another, either before or after it, not so much because of the text as for the manner in which it is read.”

I usually hate reading books ‘coz it makes me sleepy and bored. But then as I start appreciating reading books I realize that ignoring simply things can brought you a big mess.
